”Children of the Bulb” is a series of 9 static digital art works depicting a mathematical universe where archetypal characters live, symbolizing the struggle to find sense of where we come from and where we go – the fabric of existence, at the border between chaos and order, the same balance that forms fractal shapes. The fractal formula used is the classical Mandelbulb, but the fractal engine to create it is a research type of generator, a new branch of formulas created for the render engine Octane, inside the Vectron math nodes, newly released last year. This is a work signed by Adistu featuring Oana Micu, who modelled the base of the character/s.

Mixing fractal geometry with procedural organic patterns, Adistu delivers experimental video
installations that push the limit of imagination with elegant but playful & surrealist universes. Videomapping installations include several palaces, churches, medieval towers, 360 dome projection, and
even a boat, an ambulance and a motorcycle. In either architectural mapping, live performances,
interactive installations, animated music videos, VR, holographic installations, films or digital painting
for large canvas prints, Adistu's style is recognizable in the unique blend of very different techniques
Made a few solo shows, worked across Europe and US, was featured at large events like Berlin
